Genesis Ragnarok is a pre-renewal, mid-rate Ragnarok Online server made for players who miss the old days — but still want something new to explore.

We run on 50 / 50 / 100 (customized) rates with a 99/70 rebirth setup. Leveling is fast enough to respect your time, but slow enough that progress still feels earned.

The server is based on Episode 9.0, keeping classic pre-renewal mechanics intact. On top of that, we add custom PvE and PvP content where it makes sense — without turning the game into something unrecognizable.

You’ll choose a faction — Angel, Demon, Human, or Elf — which matters in world PvP maps and events. Progression focuses heavily on custom instance dungeons, designed to reward party play and coordination.

Our approach to balance

While the core stays classic, Genesis Ragnarok adds custom systems where they improve the experience. Progression focuses on instance dungeons, party play, and faction content, not RNG-heavy shortcuts.

To keep the game fair and healthy long-term, MVP cards are completely disabled. This keeps builds balanced, PvP competitive, and rare items meaningful without letting a single drop decide everything. The result is gameplay that’s challenging, rewarding, and built to last.
